COVID-19 Prevention & Preparedness Update

We continue to closely monitor the coronavirus outbreak and guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In order to keep the lines of communication open, we wanted to share the next steps we are taking in an effort to help protect those in our communities and encourage social distancing. Until further notice, we have temporarily eliminated seating in our stores.

To continue serving you our warm, delicious and made-to-order donuts for an at home treat, many of our locations offer the convenience of ordering ahead for quick pickup, online or through Duck Donuts Rewards app, and the option for delivery through third-party services. Our locally owned and operated locations are committed to complying with federal, state and local restaurant mandates and therefore may amend stores hours. We will make every effort to continue to keep you informed of store closures through our website and the local store Facebook pages.

To Our Valued Guests,

Our top priority is always the safety and wellbeing of our guests, franchisees and their team members. We continue to monitor developments relating to the coronavirus throughout the country and have been working closely with our franchisees to offer guidance in order to prepare and manage the day-to-day issues surrounding the outbreak. We have strongly encouraged our stores to take additional precautions to help keep our guests and communities safe and healthy. As part of our recommendation, our stores have heightened their cleaning and disinfecting procedures in an effort to maintain a healthy environment and mitigate any in-store risk.

This is a fluid situation, and stores may need to temporarily close due to the impact in the community. We will make every effort to continue to keep you informed of store closures through our website and the local store Facebook pages.
